A multi-award-winning, scaling startup is looking to hire its first User Researcher to help build bleeding-edge machine learning tools to help companies maximize their data. The User Researcher will join an established user experience team to help inform the product roadmap, to ensure a best-in-class product is built. The user experience researcher will establish the discipline with the full backing of the leadership team and will use a variety of user research methods to identify problem areas and potential solutions.
The User Researcher will work in close collaboration with the engineers, product managers, and customer success who are excited at the prospect of bringing user research in-house. You will utilise a wide range of techniques from interviews, heuristic evaluations, surveys, etc to dive in and solve problems.
