Little Rosie's Nursery School invites YOU to join our fun and loving team!
We are currently looking for a unqualified and enthusiastic nursery assistant to join our happy and friendly team at Little Rosie's Nursery School, in providing the best of care in a home-from-home environment for each individual child.
Little Rosie's Nursery School is a family-run nursery located in Ladbroke Grove that provides Full Day childcare for children aged 18 months to 5 Years of age, in incorporating the Early Years Foundation Stage into our day-to-day nursery lives.
Part-Time Position (All year round): 25 Hours per Week (Mon - Fri 8.00am to 1.00pm )
Your Day at Little Rosie's Would Involve:
- Providing a fun and nourishing learning environment for all children
- Supporting diversity, equality and inclusion
- Commit to to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
- Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
- Adhering to the nursery's policies and procedures, staff code of conduct, Safeguarding and Child Protection policies at all times
- Be alert to issues of safeguarding, ensuring that the welfare and safety of the children and adults is paramount, recording and reporting any concerns to the DSL
- Singing, dancing, story-telling and having lots of fun!
Applicant Requirements:
- Some experience working with children
- Knowledge and understanding of the current up to date EYFS Framework
- Good spoken English and writing skills
Little Rosie's will ensure that our recruitment procedures meet the standards set out in our safer recruitment policy and our selection criteria prevents unsuitable people from gaining access to children. As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in our care successful candidates are expected to undergo pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS and barred lists check.
