We are inviting applications for any amount of hours up to 37 per week.
Ideally you will have current or recent experience of working on our Help to Claim service. You may currently be working in this role at another CA and wish to increase your working hours.
If you are new to the role, full training will be provided. We are looking for staff who are committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service and who strive for excellence in delivering a high quality service to our clients.
This role can be home-based and we would welcome applicants from those who are comfortable with working with others remotely, including the use of video conferencing, email and phone.
