About the role
We are looking for an experienced Unit4 ERP Support Consultant who has a good all round understanding of the support of the Unit4 ERP System. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Responding to customer tickets and passing tickets onto level3 consultants
- Managing all new tickets from all customers in the service desk portal
- Deal with all tickets, service requests or problems
- Manage problems to conclusion
- Manage Change Request and approval
Your experience and attributes
You will have experience as a system analyst or support consultant in a Unit4 ERP customer site or partner. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of technical aspects of the system and be able to work on any 1st or 2nd line support ticket, having:
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent relationship builder
- A strong sense of ownership
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be insatiable about delivering an excellent customer experience
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A growth-mindset with an enthusiasm for self-development and growth
Your qualifications
- Qualified by at least 3 years experience of the system
- Accounting background desirable
