Support Worker
Pontypridd
£11.50 to £15.00 per hour.

Applicants will have experience with care work and ideally experience with Learning disabilities.
This role involves :
supporting individuals to promote independance.
Helping individuals access the community and daily activities.
Providing personal care.
Providing the highest standard of care to the individuals in the home.
