Salary: £21,500
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

The Role
This role is based in Fen House, a 25-bed residential facility which provides assessment and rehabilitation to people with an acquired brain injury. It is a unique community-based setting where the people we support can be supported with their cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional difficulties to improve their independence.
As the Unit Secretary for Fen House, you will provide a clerical service to support the management and clinical team as well as rehabilitation staff.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- To provide effective, high quality and timely support to the Management team and Business Administrator to enable us to meet the priorities and objectives of the service.
- Process all emails received, prioritise according to urgency/importance and regular monitoring of work to ensure deadlines are not missed or action delayed.
- Open all incoming post, read, and copy to all interested parties.
- To support the reception area, greeting and signposting visitors
- Request and collate briefing for meetings etc.
- Working with other internal and external services regarding paperwork, arranging review meetings etc.
- To compile the documentation for admissions and discharges
- Arranging Teams meetings and organising Microsoft 365 filing systems
- Effective communication with staff at all levels, ensuring the efficient collation and distribution of information
