As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of HR functions and ensuring the smooth running of our HR department. You will support our HR team in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Key Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment activities, by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process including preparation of employment contracts.
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
– Maintain accurate employee records on our HR system (Resource Link).
– Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with grievance and disciplinary meetings.
– Administer employee benefits programs, including childcare, retirement plans, and leave management.
– Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
– Respond to standard employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
