As a Service Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients and internal teams. The key responsbilities for the Service Co-Ordinator role include: Accepting and processing work orders Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries Scheduling of reactive jobs Providing support to operatives Producing RAMS A market leading company offering responsibility and progression |Enjoy a flexible work environment The succesful candidate must have: A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to prioritise tasks and workload Join a nationwide facilities management company, offering building maintenance and refurbishment services to diverse sectors.
