Senior Property Underwriting Manager
Salary: between £100,000 and £120,000
This is a great job for someone who has experience of underwriting Corporate Property insurance and who is also interested in developing relationships with brokers and customers.
We are seeking a person who can bring skills and knowledge to the team and assist in the growth and development of our team members and portfolio.
A bit about the job:
As a Senior Property Underwriting Manager you will be responsible for a book of accounts, underwriting UK and Multinational Corporate Property Business within Aviva's GCS Corporate Property team. Underwriting responsibilities will include the application of risk assessment and selection, pricing, agreeing coverage and terms. The role will involve achieving business goals by providing excellent underwriting capability – along with a high-quality service to brokers and clients enabling growth and profitability.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Underwriting experience, preferably in the London Market
Excellent product knowledge of Property underwriting; risk assessment, pricing, coverage and setting of terms
Highly analytical mind for complex decision making and problem solving
Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
Excellent knowledge of the market issues and dynamics

Salary between £100,000 and £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
