Unify is proud to be working with the leading Managed Service provider in South Wales. They work with clients across the whole of the UK and cover IT Services such as cloud computing, storage, backup, antivirus, telephony and broadband, as well as IT infrastructure solutions such as networking, data archiving, security and much more. They can operate as an outsourced IT department or offer project support for existing teams.
They are a forward thinking company with a friendly and passionate team of experts who love all things technology. They are enlarging their Cloud computing provision and are looking for a number of Skilled and passionate individuals to join them in supporting and maintaining the M365 platform. The role will be a mix of managing tickets and project work so experience working in customer facing roles is a must. They are looking for people who love what they do, who care about providing great service and support to their customers.
Key responsibilities
● Support global M365 migration, synchronisation, and identity management.
● Support and provide management of Microsoft Azure environment.
● Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Exchange – Exchange Online Administration.
● Troubleshoot and provide solutions to end user requests or problems submitted by phone, email, or chat.
● Troubleshoot and provide solutions to software and hardware faults.
● Perform post solution follow up to ensure end user satisfaction.
● VPN Management.
● Monitor Azure Resources and Log Analytics.
● Endpoint/Intune Management.
● Maintain inventory and deployment of licences.
● Supporting the Group IT team on other projects as needed.
● Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes.
● Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues. Escalate product bugs or unresolvable case
Skills and experience.
Required Skills :
● Minimum of 1 years experience in a Technical Support role - Ideally 2nd line.
● Azure fundamentals Certification
● Experience supporting the Microsoft 365 Platform
● Windows 10 deployment / Windows Autopilot
● Azure Active Directory Connect Management and Multi-Factor Authentication
Desired Skills:
● Microsoft 365 Certification
● Experience in SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online management and configuration
● Experience working with end users domestically and internationally
● Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
● Experience in building excellent client relationship
● Experience performing technical support for user-facing or End User Computing services.
● Ability to use open-ended questions and active listening to gather information on a problem
● Possess and maintain a positive attitude in various situations.
