Job Summary

A Warehouse Operative needs to be multi-skilled and adaptable who enjoyed working systematically. You will work alone and part of a team and strive to maintain business performance targets. This role can involve substantial manual handling. You will work part of a team to sort, stack and store items ready for dispatch.

Responsibilities

Using a forklift truck to load and unload deliveries
Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock
Picking products
Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves.
Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
Performing warehouse inventory controls
Accurate stock counting and location checks.
Following safety protocols when moving large packages and heavy equipment
