Summary:
- Role: A sales and customer service representative to help with customer enquiries and generate sales.

- Technical experience with scientific / tech offerings to clients.

FreshCheck is developing cutting-edge colour-change hygiene verification tools. We want to ensure hygiene tests are available for everyone to improve health and wellbeing across the world.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join us as we begin the rollout of a new Hygiene Verification System. You’ll join a team that are passionate, dynamic, and pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in the hygiene testing sector (and have fun doing it!).
Purpose of the Job
FreshCheck’s Hygiene Verification System detects bacterial contamination safely, simply and quickly. Our patented technology is growing in the hygiene industry. The purpose of this role is to
- Aid customers with; resolving technical questions, informing clients of issues / errors, and resolving IT / Software issues and elevating where necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Contact potential clients.
- Cold calling / emailing potential clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Key Tasks
To further break down the role, some of the key tasks you will be performing are:
- Customer service (technical, IT and advance notification of issues).
- Contacting potential customers and generating sales.
- Providing support to the marketing team, and feedback to the technical team.
Key Objectives
- Maintaining current customer satisfaction.
- Continuing the success of current sales pipeline.
- Driving adoption of FreshCheck products with new customers.
- Enhancing marketing via customer feedback and personal input.
Required Experience

- The ability to listen and engage with customer feedback.
- Good level of IT experience for CRM.
