Project Management and Engineering Internship

We give you the opportunity to work on important projects with your team and ensure that you are able to gain meaningful work experience during your time at CBRE.

Internship Overview

Our Summer Internship Scheme is a 4 week placement in summer 2023, starting in either July or August. We have 2 internships available to gain valuable work experience in either our Project & Cost Management or Engineering team.

You'll work within our Project & Cost Management department and have the opportunity to be engaged on some of the most exciting fit-out projects for some of the most well-known global brands or work alongside our skilled engineers in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection bringing a breadth of expertise to all aspects of design and installation. From one-off plant replacement projects and individual system upgrades, through wholesale refurbishments to complete new building system designs.

Person Specification/Requirements
  • A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built-environment
  • Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
  • Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
