UK&I Consulting Service Line Operations Manager for Profitable Growth – L3 FTC
As the UK&I Consulting Service Line Operations Manager for Profitable Growth you will support on the financial modelling of both short-term tactical decisions and longer-term strategic growth plans and summarise your findings to ensure that key business decisions are informed by the impact they will have on the profitability of UK&I Consulting.
You will also support on UK&I Indirect Cost management – ensuring effective use of discretionary cash spend.
The opportunity
You will be directly exposed to some of the most exciting strategic developments affecting the evolution of the UK&I Consulting business.
The role reports to the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth. The Operations Manager for Profitable Growth will support on the modelling of market leadership growth plans, integration plans, acquisitions, organic growth plans, Partner affordability, Reward affordability, pricing strategies, SWP and various other tactical and strategic projects.
You will be expected to work independently, under the supervision of the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth.
The Operations Manager for Profitable Growth will form a key part of the Consulting Operations teams, leading or contributing to initiatives on a Consulting wide basis as required.
The role can be performed remotely, within the United Kingdom.
Your key responsibilities
- Financial modelling of market leadership growth plans, integration plans, acquisitions, organic growth plans and Partner affordability in conjunction with the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth;
- Financial modelling of tactical decisions and strategies to improve revenue such as pricing policies, long term transformational engagements and key commercial investment decisions in conjunction with the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth;
- Financial modelling of tactical decisions and strategies that change the cost base such as reward strategies and changes to the SWP in conjunction with the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth;
- Financial modelling of other SL strategic and operational projects and communication of findings and recommendations as required;
- Support the UK&I Consulting Senior Operations Manager for Profitable Growth Work to set the annual IDC budget, monitor spend, and undertake actions to optimise indirect expenditure.
Skills & attributes for success
The successful candidate is expected to have significant experience in financial modelling, and an understanding of operational management in relevant professional services practice.
