- You'll need to be able to work with everyone from volunteers to the CEO and build relationships with our fantastic colleagues across the globe. And, while questions are always welcome (and encouraged), we need someone who is also confident and capable enough to suggest solutions. You'll need to be able to think on your feet and spot a story, but also identify reputational risk. An understanding of working in regulated or high-compliance industries such as energy, aviation, manufacturing, healthcare and finance is an advantage but not a deal breaker. You'll need to keep on top of industry developments and the current news agenda and consider if there’s an angle for us.
- The Marketing Communications function is responsible for shaping the messages we use, and supports the business to grow organically through thought leadership and demand generation campaigns, so an understanding of marcomms tools such as pardot and salesforce would help.

Ability to spot at 'story' and think creatively about how we tell it. Comfortable producing compelling, accurate copy often to tight deadlines, experience of working in complex environments with requirements from multiple stakeholders.
