What you’ll do
As part of the three-year Finance programme, you will:
- Enable our people to make the best commercial decisions;
- Use your natural analytical abilities to give valuable insights to the business;
- Support functions across the business, senior leaders and key stakeholders leveraging on your financial expertise and strategic mindset;
- Have exposure to a breath of experience in a wide range of roles, allowing you to explore the world of Finance and find the areas you enjoy and excel in, while developing transferable skills.

You could find yourself partnering with the business or using technology to deliver financial value working in teams across our Group and local entities such as:
Data & Analytics, Commercial and Technology Finance, Vodafone Business Finance, Regional Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Mergers & Acquisition as well as Finance Operations and Controls.

Location: Newbury campus with occasional travel to other Vodafone offices

- A 2.2 in any degree and recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2024
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.
