The team

The Design Team is responsible for all customer facing design for the UK, ROI, Spain and Canada. Our team of designers work across all channels ensuring the output is of the highest standard and on brand. We create campaign masters, store graphics, packaging, illustration and UX/UI covering both static and motion executions.
Your purpose
The premise is to have a team of Design Artworkers who provide an essential link between the Design Department and the Studio. They will take care of the time-consuming technical minutiae of producing final artwork. Also, they’ll provide design support on presentations, styling research (mood boards), photocompositions/creative and retouching/key visuals
The Design Artworker role will enable skills development that will open up opportunities across teams.
Your role
- Take briefings as directed by design leads, designers, and design producers, and to own the handover to the integrated production artists for supply of artwork
- Interpret drawn/mac layouts in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Develop campaign masters across necessary formats including adbuilder and digital touchpoints such as adlib (our in-house automation platforms)
- Prepare photography and graphics for final output, supporting the preparation and creation photocompositions and key visuals utilising creative retouching skills
- Provide design support on drafting and delivering presentations and styling research, creating mood boards to bring the various designs to life
What you’ll bring
- A good understanding of print and digital processes – proficiency in InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and After Effects would be desirable
- An appreciation for good design, layout, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships and working processes principally with the Design and Studio and with all stakeholders across the Agency and wider business.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workflow
- Experience of After Effects (motion skills), XD and/or Figma is desirable
