POSITION: UK Brand Director

WHAT TO EXPECT
In the UK NSC, we are recruiting 3 roles supporting the Brand strategies and performance of all Brands:
- UK Brand Director, Range Rover
- UK Brand Director, Defender & Discovery
- UK Brand Director, Jaguar
The UK Brand Directors will execute the Brand strategy and performance at a market level, ensuring the voice of the brand is captured and represented with both internal and external stakeholders.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the brand(s) P&L in market
- Responsible for execution of strategy for the brand in the market
- Interpret data and insights to understand market requirements, opportunities and threats, recommending mitigations and actions to the brand team
- Owns the operational delivery of the brand in market
- Be the market voice of the brand, understand market requirements and make sure they are considered in execution of the brand’s strategies and plans
- Advocate for the brand, ensuring each function understands the target client(s) and delivers the brand strategy and differentiation
- Represent the brand to external stakeholders, delivering brand strategy and differentiation (including market media)
- Delivery of the brand scorecard for the market, including brand sales and performance targets, intent, first choice, NPS, etc
- Ensure market delivery of the brand’s end-to-end client journey
- Develop and monitor execution of market launch plans to budget for the brand
- Responsible for the total product offer e.g. vehicle line, accessories, plus services including charging, experiential
- Ensure market execution of the brand’s distribution network strategy & standards
- Adherence to Brand pricing strategy
- Ensure delivery of the brand’s comms & PR strategy, marketing channel strategy, and campaign and PR briefs

- Deliver the specific market scorecard for the relevant brand (in design)

- Commercially minded to drive brand performance, representing the best interests of the brand at all times
- Strong skills in building and managing relationships, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus through diverse perspectives
- Innovative and creative, challenging convention & maximising resources available
- Strong leadership, role modelling authenticity and inspiring the best in all team mates
- Strong strategy and transformation skills, with experience in business change and communications
- People leadership
- Experience of leading and working in agile teams
