We are now looking for a manager to lead our fantastic AML team.
As the UK AML Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational activities related to all of AML/KYC & Sanctions Due Diligence in relation to Onboarding of new Clients, the Periodic Reviews and Event Driven Reviews of existing clients, in line with DLL’s Global Financial Economic Crime compliance policies. In addition, you will be accountable for the implementation of CDD standards, business process and CDD quality assurance.
This is a senior role and requires hands on responsibility for the oversight of DLL’s AML/CTF framework in the 1st line.
Day to day:
- Positively influence and contribute to the team culture.
- Prioritising daily incoming workload
- Coaching the AML analysts
- Implementing new and updating procedures
- Reporting to various stakeholders
- Provide guidance for AML members
- Develop members to deliver excellent AML skills by focusing on job knowledge, technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Develop and maintain AML training materials
- Identify process improvement opportunities, with a focus on streamlining and the elimination of unnecessary steps in order to maximize efficiency and improve results.
Depending on profile of candidate:
- Performing 4-eye checks
- Being a Subject Matter Expert
- Being the key user of the AML tool

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- 5+ Years AML experience
- Effective leadership and decision-making skills.
- Empathic and good at building relationships
- A high level of business sense.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- A strong communicator
