Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing software products.
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Soft skills:
- Designing user interfaces and user experiences for software products.
- Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborating with software engineers to implement designs.
- Staying up-to-date with new developments in UI/UX design and technology.
- Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Additional:
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
