Job description
We’re looking for a passionate and versatile UI/UX Designer who can jump straight in and join our existing Design team to deliver even more awesome projects for 2023. We work primarily on digital products, including app and web projects, but design and build a range of software and platforms for our clients. At Studio Graphene, no two projects are ever the same, and you will gain a wide variety of experiences to build an impressive portfolio.
Requirements:
- Turn visions into concepts and capture client requirements to achieve the best user-centred result
- Apply strategic visual thinking to deliver integrated end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals
- Designing the required assets following the standard guidelines to solve user experience problems, therefore enhancing accessibility and usability. Master web and mobile technology and their impact on the feasibility of design
- Design innovative, functional and responsive interfaces for websites, digital platforms and mobile applications across different devices.
- Create and refine low and high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes and graphical assets to the agile development team to ensure the build meets needs and vision.
- Create any collateral design material that is required for the product
- Work on multiple projects at one time, clearly communicate design proposals and decisions to stakeholders, including clients and project team members
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product management, and other team members
- Raise the bar of our user experience and user interface execution
- Demonstrable experience in designing user interfaces and graphics for digital products, from mobile apps to web
- Organised, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
- A great understanding of brand guidelines & design principles for offline and online media
- Knowledge of UX and UI best practices and standards for web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of Adobe package, Figma, and other tools such as miro
- Ability to communicate and present design ideas and pitches
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, or a degree in Human-Computer interaction or Data Architecture related field
