Job title: Typhoon Maintenance Data Analyst
Location: RAF Coningsby

Salary: £42,732 Dependent of skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparation of Arising Analysis filter (Grouping files) and Arising Trending reference datasets as directed by the Engineering Authority (EA) Community and as determined by systems enquiries and formal modification
- Creation of AA grouping files and AT reference datasets as identified by changes to the OMP (Operational Maintenance Plan)
- Generation of Change Requirement and Version Definition Documents for all deliverables
- Preparation of test data and definition of Test Requirements to ensure that prior to release the outcomes of ESS “Auto Analyse” functionality fully conforms to the requirements
- Preparation of user guide and AT reference material for release via the website
- The continuous assessment, evaluation and reporting of AA and AT activity to ensure that the process is not responsible or contributing to ‘over or under maintaining’ Typhoon Aircraft Forward.
- Promoting process by developing and maintaining relationships with squadron SLE’s and TM’s
- Identify and report Toolset shortfalls that restrict current capability
- Identify and report shortfalls in the TLUT (Typhoon Look up Tables) and tV Approved data’ using the extant reporting mechanisms
- Ensuring that any changes made to the AA process are replicated in the Arising Trending (AT) process
Your skills and experiences:
- Have Typhoon experience (Preferably Avionics trade) gained within a Maintenance and Support environment
- Data Analysis Techniques
- Oracle database structure, SQL, XML, EXEC practitioner and ideally have VBA or another high level programme experience

The Technical Data team:
The Typhoon Maintenance Data Analyst role sits within in small team of 2 people which feeds into a wider team of 54 based across 2 working sites. You will have the opportunity to work with the RAF and senior leaders within the Avionics Industry. You will have visibility of working Aircraft on the base, and be able to grow your skills and experience through our internal training modules.
