SCT is a well established training provider in the West Midlands delivering work based learning. Due to substancial recent growth we are recruiting across multiple sectors for Trainers.

Award in Education and Training and Assessors Qualifications desirable but not mandatory,
A passion for teaching other, along with excellent organisation and time management is a must for this position. This would also suit someone is IT savvy.
Our tutors work in a hyrid way combining a mixture of working from home , visiting learners in the workplace and attandance where needed in our main premises in Boldmere Birmingham.
You will manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 learners. Our learners are mainly Midlands Based. Travel is essential for this role but mileage allowance is also paid.
You will be contracted to 40 hour week - (Monday to Friday) and be part of an exciting organisation. We have recently remodelled our delivery so that learners are learning remotely using our fantastic online learning platform and supoported by their personal tutor.
Salary negeotiable dependant on prior skills, knowledge and level of education - along with the qualifications being delivered,
