Job description
We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team and help students of all ages and backgrounds reach their educational goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of subjects, including math, science, history, reading, social studies, English, foreign language, visual & performing arts, ESL, pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The Tutor will provide individualized instruction to students and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in school.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and activities to meet the individual needs of students.
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning style and academic level.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Help students develop critical thinking skills and problem-solving strategies.
- Encourage students to become independent learners.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
