Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize technology and other instructional resources to enhance student learning.
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to reach their full potential.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and address the diverse needs of students.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically.
