Job description
To ensure all spectators are admitted in accordance with the ticketing policy specified for each fixture.
To provide an excellent service to Home and Away supporters by following the Club policies and procedures - being Professional, Proficient and Progressive.
To facilitate the safe ingress, circulation and egress of supporters at the Stadium.
Roles and Responsibilities
· To provide an excellent service to Home and Away supporters.
· To attend the match briefing as given by the Turnstile Manager and to understand the ticketing arrangements for each fixture.
· To properly sign on duty, indicate their next availability for work and properly sign off duty when their duties have been concluded.
· To ensure that the area around the turnstile where deployed is clear of obstructions and operates freely. Any obstructions, hazards or found articles must be reported to the Stand Supervisor immediately.
· To correctly operate the respective ticket scanning device.
· Attend to the required counting procedures following closure of the turnstile.
· To comply with any instruction given by the Stand Supervisor.
· Additional Duties [as required].

· Attending and participating in training and development courses as required.
· Attending meetings, liaising, and communicating with colleagues in the Club.
· Being an effective role model for the standards of behaviour expected of supporters and staff.
· Having due regard to confidentiality, child protection procedures, safeguarding, health and safety, and other statutory requirements.

· Be responsible for taking all appropriate measures to safeguard young people and promote their welfare and actively promote Equality & Diversity in the Club.
· Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by line manager.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £10.42 per hour
