As a Company Driver for UNIS Transportation, you will transport non-Hazardous freight to our extensive clientele. This is year-round work, with consistent volumes picking up and delivering.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude.
• Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule
• Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up.
• Able to work with handheld device
• Working in tandem with the company policies.
• Maintain company vehicle appearance.
• Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Specifications

• All driver applicants are required to be at least 20 years of age
• Have a minimum experience operating a box truck for 2 years
• Must have a “Class B” issued by the driver’s state of residence.
• Should have excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with co-workers.

Job Qualifications

• High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Pass Background Check / Drug Screen
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
