Class 1 HGV Driver – High-Value Goods
Rapier Employment are seeking a class 1 HGV driver for our client in Nottingham.
Job Type: Adhoc at present, More shifts availble in busy periods (Could lead to full time permanent role)
Salary: £20.56 per hour (days),
£25.49 per hour (nights),
£30.42 per hour (weekly overtime),
£40.28 per hour (Sundays/Bank Holidays)
Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver with a passion for transporting high-value goods? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport high-value goods to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Trunking to other sites, including Avonmouth and Carlisle
- Work adhoc shifts with additional shifts available during busy periods
- Complete assigned paperwork and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HGV driving experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a CRC/DBS check
