Job Title: Store Assistant

Job Type: 15 x hour contract

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £10.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage with Salon colleagues on how to improve customer service and effectiveness.
• To comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions.
• Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns, and events in a timely and accurate manner.
• Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set.
• Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store.
• Minimise store stock loss and wastage.
• Manage replenishment processes to ensure 100% availability at all times of top 50 selling lines within the business.
• Check and action out of date stocks and take part in stock takes / counts.
• Ensure all Health & Safety personal compliance is up to date.
