HGV Driver Class 1 - UK Forks

Location: West Bromwich | Salary: Competitive | Closing Date: Friday 11 August 2023

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver to join our UK Forks division, your main responsibility will be to drive the company vehicles of all sizes (including HGV’s) for the purpose of distributing equipment as directed, whilst ensuring company standards are maintained and customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Depot Manager, your main responsibility will include driving HGV company vehicles.

The core tasks are to provide a professional and courteous delivery service of products and equipment to our diverse customer base as directed, whilst ensuring company standards are maintained and customer expectations are delivered.

What we're looking for

To succeed in the role, you must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
You need to have a minimum of C category and C+E (articulated) licence
Experience of plant deliveries would be desirable
Demonstrate a flexible, proactive and professional attitude to all areas of work
