Job description
We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our team in the cold store . As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise filling up picking points for the evening shift . You will be working in a chilled/Frozen environment with other team members. Responsibilities:- Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries- Move goods packed on pallets around the storage facility- Stack goods in the correct Picking points , following inventory control instructions- Check loads are secure- Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory- Ensure the quality of goods is maintained- Keep paperwork up to date. Requirements:- Proven experience as a Reach Truck operator- Attention to detail and familiarity with scanning equipment desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
