Project Administrator

We're working with an expanding national construction and building services company specialising in maintenance, repairs, and fit outs. Due to growth and internal promotion, they are looking for a Project Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
You will work closely with the Project Managers and support them with back-office project administration. Excellent communication and the ability to prioritise your workload are key within this role.
As Project Administrator, your duties will include:
- Creation of RAMs (Risk assessment method statements) for all clients from database
- Client updates (Labour bookings / Site Access etc.
- Training schedule tracking & arrange renewals
- Administration for Contracts Managers
- Working with Contracts manager to improve RAMs and client satisfaction
- Creating certificates for completed works
- Tracking project costs and variations
- Stationary orders
- Raising quotes and orders
- Ordering of materials
- Allocating labour for projects
- Holiday/Absence tracking
What are we looking for?
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience working with schedules, liaising with contractors and subcontractors is desirable
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Good written and verbal communication
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
