Class 2 HGV Driver
Colchester
Weekly Paid £17.48 ph
52.5 hours per week
THE COMPANY:
We are one of the leading food manufacturers supplying chilled and frozen food to the healthcare market and complimentary markets. Located on Colchester Business Park, Severalls in Colchester, Essex.
THE ROLE:
Loading products from the picking room using a manifest onto vehicles using a tail lift, taking and recording temperatures, delivering to various care sector locations around the country
The hours that will be required to work are a variety of shifts starting from 1am onwards and working a minimum of 10.5 hours a day. (5 days out of 7)
The ideal Candidate must have:
Have a full UK Clean driving license held at least for the last 2 years with no drinking or drug convictions (CAT DR10, DR61, and DG10)
Previous Class 2 delivery driving experience within the last 2 years preferably multi-drop
Good attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Able to map read and navigate to multiple address in allocated timeslots even in unfamiliar areas
Experience in delivering chilled/ Frozen food is preferable but not essential
