Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge in a growing team? Derby Clinical Trials Support Unit is hosted by University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation trust and works with Clinicians and researchers throughout the UK designing and conducting high quality national and international multicentre trials across a range of health topics
The integration within a research active Trust provides a unique insight into delivering clinical trials within the NHS by utilising our close collaboration with clinical colleagues
The role of the Trials Administrator is to provide administrative and logistical support to the Derby Clinical Trials Support Unit.
The post will ensure smooth running of the department, documentation and systems are kept up to date to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and legislation, be the first point of contact for enquiries to the DCTSU and organise subsequent meetings or direct to the wider department.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working on a wide range of administrative tasks, a self starter who enjoys using initiative in planning and organisation of your work and someone with strong communication skills. If you have any questions about the role, please get in contact.
