Treasury Analyst

Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
Reporting to the Treasury Accountant, as a Treasury Analyst you will be assisting within the Group’s Treasury function, which is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Groups short to medium cash flow requirements and performance.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to;
· Produce weekly treasury management information, containing cash variances to forecasts
· Produce weekly treasury management information, containing subcontractor payment variances to forecasts
· Work with all contracts and Group companies, ensuring prompt submission of cash and subcontract forecasts & consolidating the 13-week rolling forecast
· Online banking administration and payment approval
· Administrator of the Epay system
· Credit Card Administration – set up of new users, amendments, liaising with Provider when required
· Processing confidential payments
· Direct Debit analysis and maintenance
· Holiday cover for the Treasury Accountant
· Any other ad-hoc duties and Project Work
Experience and Role Requirements
· Previous experience in a Treasury role with knowledge or experience in cash management and reconciliation, preferable but not essential
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
· Professional in handling confidential information
