Fixed term contract until 31 March 2025 | £22,369 to £24,054 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to learn for our busy passenger transport team. This role is primarily focussed on providing information about local bus services and travel options to residents and visitors via the website, printed information and real-time information displays, coordinating the production of information and roadside infrastructure based on bus service changes and new initiatives.
You will be self-motivated with a good attention to detail, have good written and communication skills and will be used to dealing with external stakeholders and customers. As we have recently been awarded £49.55m over the next 2 years from the government, this is an exciting time to be part of the team.
