We believe that by prioritising equity and inclusivity, we fuel creative endeavours and craft game play experiences that reflect and respect our uniquely talented game-makers and outstanding players.

The Role

As a Travel & Relocation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our team members have a seamless experience while travelling and relocating for work by managing multiple tasks from handling domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodation bookings to managing the visa process.

This opportunity isn't about handling mundane tasks. It's about taking charge of creating efficient and cost-effective travel plans, navigating the complexities of travel, relocation and visa regulations and becoming the go-to expert.

You'll be at the forefront of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver outstanding customer service, becoming a part of an industry-leading gaming company that values innovation & creativity.

What you'll bring

At Ubisoft, we aim to be a destination of choice for the best talent. We want people like you, who will be instrumental in driving our studios to success.

  • Proven experience of managing administration services, resources, and processes
  • Strong initiative and capable of making independent decisions where appropriate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Joining Ubisoft, you’ll be part of an inclusive global brand. You’ll be able to make a positive impact to our studios and have the prestige of working alongside talented people who are involved in developing and producing exciting world-class AAA games.

What we'll provide

We put our people first through nurturing their creativity and wellbeing and the reason we continue to create engaging and compelling AAA titles that are loved across the world.

  • Everything you need to keep your life in balance - hybrid working, flexible core hours, 25 days of annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and a plan that will enable you to work from anywhere in the EU for up to four weeks per year
  • Life insurance, income insurance, private healthcare, an annual well-being allowance, and more
  • Generous resources committed to your perpetual personal and professional development
  • Investment in our community - with paid volunteering days
  • Fun and entertainment - with free games, activities, and celebrations

We work to enrich our players' lives through unique and memorable gaming experiences and by improving the positive impacts of our games. To get there, we are creating a safer, more inclusive work environment where everyone's wellbeing is a priority; giving back to the communities where we operate by working with local non-profit partners; and by working to reduce the environmental impact of our business.

READY TO APPLY?

We aim to build the world’s most distinctive and diverse gaming studio; therefore, we strongly encourage you to apply. We’d love to hear about you and your background.
