Offering support to the travel sales team, successful candidates will be responsible for dealing with post-sales queries, arranging special requests and add-ons and dealing with changes and amendments to bookings.

Role of Travel Customer Service Advisor:
- Offering support to the travel sales team, dealing within post-sales queries
- Arranging special requests and add-ons
- Confidently upsell on bookings once they’ve been confirmed
- Dealing with any changes/amendments
- Offering empathy whilst displaying listening skills
- Resolving any client issues or complaints, escalating as necessary
- Dealing within any ad hoc administration tasks as required
Skills required for the role:
- Previous travel industry experience, preferably within a customer service environment
- Organised and professional with good attention to detail
- Ability to deal with complaints and find an amicable solution
- Ability to work to targets
- Strong team player
- Flexible with regard to working hours - Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9 - 5.30pm, Sun - 10am 4pm
