Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and documentation to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular attractions, hotels, and transportation options
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and software to research and book travel arrangements
