Newly created role available for a Travel & Accommodation Supervisor to work in the crewing department, working for a well-established company based in the Scarborough area.

With an excellent salary of circa £26,000 - £27,000 and benefits such as 28 days holidays including bank holidays, pension contributions and the opportunity to travel throughout Europe!

Working in a busy office, you’ll manage a cluster of vessels, ensuring that each boat is crewed correctly, organising the crews travel and accommodation, and recruitment of new crew where needed.

Some of the Travel & Accommodation Supervisor duties will include:

• Ensuring vessels are satisfactorily crewed with appropriately qualified crew for their operations
• Reviewing crewing rota identifying travel needs and booking flights, accommodation, car hire, train tickets and any other requirements needed
• Liaise with travel suppliers to make amendments or cancellations when necessary, chasing refunds if needed
• Manage PPE for all crew members
• Reviewing crew hiring requirements, making recommendations and agreeing on hiring procedures
• Recruiting new crew members for the vessels, vetting CV’s and certifications required
• Manage the team Administrators workload, coaching, guiding and advising them accordingly
• Have the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, meeting crew members on the vessels gaining a great insight and building excellent relationships

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with an excellent salary of between £26,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
