We are looking for Nurses to join our team … is this you?
Are you a Nurse who is looking to pick up some extra work to fit around your current hours? Or maybe you just want more flexibility in the roles you work or the service you are offering. We have opportunities for Nurses to join our team as part of a variety of care packages offering an array of support to our clients.
We are looking to support our clients who have more complex needs, in areas such as below;
- Post-operative care
- Complex Medications Management
- IV infusions
- Wound Management & Dressing
- End-of-life care

What is Domiciliary care?
Simply this is care provided in the client’s home. As a Draycott nurse, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis needs and in line with their individual care plan.
Duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with the client and building strong lasting relationships
- Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
- Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
- An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
- Observing and following Draycott Nursing’s Health and Safety policy

Currently, we need carers who are available for a variety of shift patterns … what is your availability?
Experience
- You must be a qualified Nurse (Adult preferable) Band 5 and above
- You must have a valid NMC Pin (Required)
- Previous experience working in domiciliary care (desirable but not a requirement)
- Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement (or show proof of being current on the Update Service)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
