Travel Specialist
Big & Smalls Travels is looking for experience travel agents to assist us with servicing clients due to continued growth from new business. The ideal candidate will have experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls and emails. Strong work ethic, must be a team player, positive attitude, and solid communication skills will be necessary to be successful in this role. The position is 100% work from home.
Responsibilities:
· Researching various destinations for vacation packages
· Calling clients
· Collecting payment
· Providing good customer service
· Active listening
· Positive attitude, willing to learn
· Solving travel related issues
· Atten training
· Work with vendors
· Basic computer skills (ex: google doc, Microsoft word and office)
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age
· Must have computer or smartphone or tablet
· Must have internet access
· Must have time management
· Must love helping others
· Must love research
· Must be a team player
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Must have a minimal of 2 years’ experience (Not required)
