Job description
AW Getaways is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for travel to join our growing team!
Travel Agent Responsibilities (Includes but is not limited to):
- Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services while ensuring accuracy.
- Build an honest relationship with clients to determine their travel needs and ensure trust.
- Support clients before, during, and after their travels.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable rates for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client booking and financial transactions in our travel management system.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a working computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Must have a passion for the travel industry
- Must be teachable
- Must have an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
- Must be positive overall
