Job title: Travel Consultant & Booking Operator Temporary Roles till October (permanent may be an option)

Nordic Visitor is looking for inbound travel consultants and booking operators based in Edinburgh. These are full-time and part-time roles with flexible working options available from March till October 2023 (there may be an option for permanent roles).
Nordic Visitor is a leading travel company selling tailor-made tour packages around select Nordic and Northern European destinations. We are looking for travel professionals to join our dynamic Scottish team in Edinburgh. Travel Consultant
- Converting leads into sales of tailor-made tour packages in Scotland, Ireland and England
- Organising each itinerary with a personal touch
- Arranging everything from accommodations to activities and transportation according to clients’ needs and special interests
- Catering to mid and high-income clients from all over the world
- Providing first-class service and an unforgettable travel experiences
Booking Operator
· Booking all services (hotels, trains, transfers, excursions, guides, etc) for our Scottish, English and Irish tours
· Creating detailed, high-quality travel documents for clients
· Maintaining good communication with clients, suppliers, and co-workers
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experience
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team
· Passion for providing top-notch customer service
· Positive and service-oriented attitude
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
· Strong computer skills
· Knowledge of Scottish or Irish tourism is an advantage
