You will be expected to showcase your knowledge of all the destinations within our brand portfolio and add personal touches to each enquiry – living and breathing our travel companion values!
What does a BEST working day look like?
You will be talking to clients and travel agents like they are your friends, putting together tailored quotes & itineraries, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, social media, email, and live chats.
What we are looking for:
* The BEST personalised service when providing information and quotes to direct clients and travel agents
* Selling holidays to our BEST destinations based on individual customer requirements
* Providing tailored customer service, advice and recommendations via the customers preferred communication channel (Social, Email, Phone or Email) * Following up on all existing enquiries
* Securing bookings that are right for the customer with a strong conversion Skills
Required:
* Ability to multitask and work towards targets – without sacrificing customer service
* Willing to go the extra mile for every customer
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent written communication
* Sales-driven attitude

* Passionate about travel
* Minimum 2 years UK Travel Sales Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
