Travel Administrator - 6 hours a day Mon-Fri - Ideally in the Neath area
Working Remote UK wide or Hybrid from Neath, London or Middlewich
Are you an Office Administrator who can support the Europe based colleagues with regards to Travel Bookings and the day to day administration? Have you organised UK travel - Rail, Air, Road or Sea?
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- All travel bookings for the Europe Region including car hire and hotel bookings, and visas.
- Creation of Purchase Orders, processing Purchase Invoices, running reports, and dealing with any issues with regard to travel bookings.
- Providing administration assistance to Europe Region as required.
- Helping other admin staff when required.
- Quality – ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Quality Policy and procedures.
- UK Office Manager to be kept informed at all times regarding matters affecting the efficient running of the organisation to ensure continued success.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
§ Travel booking experience.
§ Experience in Office Administration.
§ Experience of Agresso is desirable, but training will be provided.
§ High level of literacy with MS Office.
§ Good written and oral communications skills.
§ The ability to work effectively under pressure working to deadlines.
§ Ability to prioritise workload.
§ Be team player and flexible in approach.
§ Self-motivated with determination to get the job done.
§ Good analytical skills and report writing skills.
§ Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
