Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about travel and motivated to join a growing organisation. Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.
Working as part of the operations team within our London Branch, responsible for transportation arrangement, contracting, such as coaches, mini buses, chauffer cars etc. within the UK and Eire for Inbound market.
Main Responsibilities of the role
- Assisting with finalising all logistics for groups and FITs tours
- Holiday cover to other sections within London Branch when requested
- Invoice validation from suppliers
- Dealing with phone calls from tour escorts and passengers
- Joining emergency call ROTA in the team
- VIP attend (greeting VIPs or accompany groups when requested from Japan & Asia market) when required
Relevant Skills
- Fluent written & verbal communication in English is essential.
- Any additional language, such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, are preferable.
- Ability to work on own & as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills, adaptability to changes in work levels, time management & ability to work well under pressure.
- Travel industry experience minimum 5 years
- Coach industry experience is bonus
