At a glance:
Role Title: Transport Section Manager
Role Type: Permanent Partner
Location: Magna Park - Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work on site
Scheduled Hours: 37.5 Per week, on a rotating shift pattern of early and lates. 5/7 days.
About the role:
As our Transport Section Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing Partners and agency Drivers over a 24 hours a day, 7 day a week transport operation. You will advocate and determine the future of the operation to meet our growth at Magna Park.
This role requires excellent working relationships and you will be someone who can embrace change and support, empower, inspire and motivate your team who spend the majority of their time remotely away from the site.
Essential Experience:
Experience working within a Transport / Distribution environment
Desirable Experience:
Experience of working in a management role in a Transport / Distribution environment
Management CPC qualification.
IOSH Managing safely qualification
