Position: Transport Operations Assistant
Location: Dartford
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm
Salary: £29,007.67

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Producing and collating figures for Key Performance Indicators and other required statistics according to the requirements of specified shifts
- Ensuring all daily targets are being monitored and adhered to.
- Manage the administration of driver's holidays and record appropriately
- Recording accurately all hours worked by our drivers and agency drivers on the debrief sheets and computer spreadsheet
- Administration of the process to deal with any payroll queries
- Collating and filing all daily reports.
- The post holder would be required to demonstrate a degree of autonomy and discretion when dealing with day-to-day issues.
- Complete any other duties that the Transport Shift Manager / FLM may allocate.
- Carrying out all administration for driver's holidays, absence and return to work.
- Ensure all daily reports are completed accurately & sent within agreed times.
- Produce, collate and manage the driver shift rotas and notify appropriately
- Ensure the KRONOS system is accurately maintained in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate
- Have the ability to self-manage and work well as part of a team
- Good IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Experience in working in an office environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
