About the role

Cambridgeshire are entering an exciting period in relation to the delivery home to school of transport. We have a new strategy that is seeking to evolve and challenge the way our transport services are delivered.

Transport is one of the key priorities for the Education Directorate, and there has been significant investment in the creation of a new service dedicated to delivering outstanding transport services. It is the perfect time to join the new team as they embark on a new chapter.

The Transport Eligibility Officer is new post in a growing team who will report directly to the Policy and Strategy Manager and is a key role in the delivery of our transport transformation strategy within the Passenger Transport Service.

The role will be based at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald with hybrid home/office arrangements.
